2025년을 되돌아보고, 다가오는 2026년 계획Looking back on 2025 and planning for the year ahead in 2026
벌써 2026년 3월이다.
사실 작년에 인스타그램에 간략하게 2025회고를 적었고, 2026년 목표에 대해서는 적어두질 않아서 이제서야 적어본다. 다시 되돌아보니, 목표를 적으면 그렇게 된다는걸 느꼈기 때문일까…
적어두고 이루어 나가겠다는 다짐으로 적어본다.
2025년 회고
2025년도는 정말 많은 도전을 해본 한해였다. 뭐 대단한 일을 하지 않은것 같았는데, 기록해두니 생각보다 많은 일들을 했구나 싶은 마음이다.
자격증
- 7개의 자격증을 취득 (제일 쉬운 것들)
- 다양한 클라우드를 접하고 배울수 있었음
베타리딩 & 서펑단
- 6번의 베타리딩과 2번의 서평단에 참여
- 좀더 책을 책임감있게, 비판적으로 읽을 수 있는 좋은 계기
세미나 & 교육
- 약 30개 이상의 세미나와 교육에 참여
- 무슨 소리인지 몰라도 그냥 들음
- 80%는 못알아 들어도, 많은 것을 느끼고 배움
- 핸즈온! 진짜 강추… 뭐든 핸즈온이면 무조건 가보시길
커뮤니티 & 자원봉사
- 2번의 운영진, 3번의 자원봉사
- 새로운 사람들(약 80명?)을 만나고 이야기 해봄
여러 사람을 만난 2025년
“저는 본받을 만한 선배, 시니어, 멘토가 없어요”
완벽한 멘토는 없다. 하지만… 만나는 사람들 ‘한명 한명의 본받을 점을 찾자’ 그 하나 하나의 배움을 지켜나가면, 내가 생각하던 이상적인 멘토의 모습이 언젠가 나의 모습으로 변해있을 것이라 확신 합니다. 여러 사람들을 만나보고 이야기 해보시길. 기술을 넘어 그 사람의 생각, 마음가짐, 경험 등에서 배울수 있습니다.
2026년 계획
2026년에는 kubernetes를 중심으로 클라우드를 함께 공부하려 한다. 역시 빠질수 없는 커뮤니티 활동도 계속하려 한다.

kubernetes 공부하기
올해 가장 심도있게 공부할 주제는 단연 kubernetes이다. 클라우드를 공부해보면 결국 마지막에 만나는 기술은 컨테이너 기술이다. 피할수 없는 기술이기에 2026년은 거의 모든 시간을 kubernetes를 공부하는데 쏟을 예정이다.

- kubestronaut 타이틀 도전하기 (자격증 5개 취득)
- Go 공부하기 (kubernetes 네이티브하게 쓰기에 적합)
다양한 클라우드 공부
작년에는 가장 쉬운 난이도의 자격증들로 공부하는 방법과 감각을 익혔다면, 올해는 그 보다 한단계 위인 ‘Associate’ 또는 ‘Professional’ 레벨의 자격증에 도전하면서 공부를 해볼 생각이다. 우선적으로 AWS를 시작으로 각 프로바이더별 자격증에 또 한번 도전해보고 싶다.
인프런 강의 만들기
인스타그램에서 만든 릴스가 반응이 좋아서 그걸 기반으로 인프런에 AWS 왕초보자를 위한 강의를 제작할 생각이다.

- 쇼츠와 실습을 병행하면서 AWS 기초를 배운다.
커뮤니티 활동
3월에 많은 일들이 있었다. 전혀 생각하지도 못했는데 어안이 벙벙하다.
- ‘AWS Community Builder’에 선정
- CloudBro 운영진으로 합류
- Go 생태계에도 관심이 간다
다가오는 2026년
2025년 만큼만 노력한다면 더 많은 성과를 이룰 수 있을 것이라는 확신이 든다. 체급이 올라간다는 느낌이 드는 것 같다. 더 많은 더 다양한 도전을 해봐도, 충분히 감당할 수 있을 것 같은 기분이다. 2026년 올해도 어떤 사람들을 만나고 새로운 경험을 하게 될지 기대된다.
It’s already March 2026.
Truth is, I jotted down a quick 2025 retrospective on Instagram last year but never wrote down my 2026 goals, so I’m only getting to it now. Maybe it’s because, looking back, I’ve realized that when you write your goals down, they tend to come true…
So I’m writing them down, with a promise to myself to make them happen.
2025 Retrospective
2025 was a year of trying a lot of new things. It didn’t feel like I’d done anything big, but once I wrote it all down, I realized I’d done more than I thought.
Certifications
- Earned 7 certifications (the easiest ones)
- Got to explore and learn a variety of clouds
Beta Reading & Book Reviews
- Took part in 6 beta readings and 2 book review programs
- A great push to read books more responsibly and critically
Seminars & Training
- Attended 30+ seminars and training sessions
- Went even when I had no idea what they were talking about
- Even when I missed 80% of it, I still felt and learned a lot
- Hands-on sessions! Seriously, highly recommended… if it’s hands-on, just go
Community & Volunteering
- Organizer twice, volunteer three times
- Met and talked with new people (about 80?)
2025, a Year of Meeting Many People
“I don’t have any seniors, senior engineers, or mentors to look up to”
There’s no perfect mentor. But… ‘find something to learn from each and every person you meet.’ If you hold on to each of those lessons, I’m convinced that the ideal mentor you once pictured will one day turn out to be you. Go meet and talk with all kinds of people. Beyond tech, you can learn from their thinking, their mindset, and their experience.
2026 Plans
In 2026, I plan to study cloud with Kubernetes at the center. And of course, I’ll keep up my community activities, which I can’t do without.

Studying Kubernetes
The topic I’ll dig into most deeply this year is, without a doubt, Kubernetes. When you study cloud, the technology you end up meeting at the end is container technology. It’s unavoidable, so in 2026 I plan to pour almost all my time into studying Kubernetes.

- Go for the Kubestronaut title (earn 5 certifications)
- Learn Go (great for working with Kubernetes natively)
Studying a Variety of Clouds
If last year was about getting a feel for how to study through the easiest certifications, this year I plan to study by going one step up, taking on ‘Associate’ or ‘Professional’ level certifications. Starting with AWS, I want to take another shot at certifications from each provider.

Creating an Inflearn Course
The Reels I made on Instagram got a great response, so I’m planning to build on them and create an Inflearn course for absolute AWS beginners.

- Learn AWS basics by combining Shorts with hands-on practice.
Community Activities
A lot happened in March. I never saw any of it coming, and I’m still a bit stunned.
- Selected as an ‘AWS Community Builder’
- Joined the CloudBro organizing team
- I’m getting interested in the Go ecosystem too
The Year Ahead: 2026
I’m confident that if I put in as much effort as I did in 2025, I can achieve even more. It feels like I’m moving up a weight class. I feel like I could take on more, and more varied, challenges and handle them just fine. I can’t wait to see who I’ll meet and what new experiences 2026 will bring.
